One tremendous and brand new development here in Luperon is called the Luperon Hills Gated Community and the developer has promised to build affordable homes in an absolutely incredible setting. Quiet and surrounded by lush green hills and sporting a community center and swimming pool for the residents of the community. Construction has already commenced on this one hundred and fifty acre development. Lots of other opportunities abound here as well for all of you entrepreneur types of people!
